Sleeve and penetration drawings

Sleeves and inserts need to be right before the pour. We lay out penetrations from the coordinated model, dimensioned and tied to grid lines, so the concrete crew and the trades work from one set. Catching a missed sleeve on screen costs far less than coring a slab later.

Spool drawings and schedules

When your fabrication shop needs to cut from the drawings, we produce spool drawings with pipe and fitting schedules. Each spool shows its pieces, sizes and connections, so material can be pulled and assembled off site. Because the schedules come from the same model, they tie to our quantity takeoff.
